"Not for us but if u are an influencer or u want to take pics and videos of urself constantly this is the place for u. Not good for families but great location and roof top pool. Food was good in restaurant but service was a bit surly."

"We arrived at the property and was met by the general manager, Alexandre. He was very welcoming and cordial, and i thanked him for him to not charge me a penalty fee due to a mistake with a booking on my part. The ladies on the front desk Sammi & Kay were also very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Have to thank the general manager again who granted our request to check out later than the stated time, due the airline changing our flight departure by several hours. I Would recommend this hotel, Customer service was on point."

"The staff never included my IHG rewards Number. i Asked 3 times for it, once each Day, and every time they gave me they a different Number and email Address. Not transparent at all. At check out, i asked again and they told the nights were included, but they were not. "

"Our stay in the luxury suite on the 40th floor was absolutely incredible. The panoramic views overlooking Miami Harbor were breathtaking both day and night, and truly made the experience feel special. The pool amenities exceeded expectations — there were always plenty of lounge chairs available, along with separate sitting areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. The dining experience was top notch from start to finish. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the afternoon snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch that added to the luxury feel of the stay. The location was also perfect for anyone heading out on a Miami cruise. Everything was convenient and stress-free, making this hotel an ideal choice before or after sailing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami."

"Convenient and clean. Room was great, shower was half broken so we were a bit concerned turning water on! Staff was ok. The free breakfast wasn't worth the word free. Disgusting options from rubbery eggs to stale bagels. Even the cereal was stale."
