"As far as basic hotels go, this place is a 9 or a 10. I like to stay in basic hotels when I'm primarily looking for a convenient place with good bed. The room was large, well-maintained with a nice bathroom and two sinks outside the bathroom. A/C and heating were good. You can open the windows if you want fresh air. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Unlike 90% of the motels and hotels (including expensive ones) I stay in, my room had plenty of light from four table lamps each with two 100-watt equivalent bulbs that can be turned on one or two at a time! Two outlets at each table lamp meant lots of convenient outlets. Breakfast was okay - nothing special."

"This is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. It was one sheet on the bed. No top sheet. The towels were dirty. The TV was broken. The phone was broken. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. They just had a roll on the back of the toilet. There wasn’t so much as a bar of soap in the room. There wasn’t so much as a paper cup to take a drink. The bed was lumpy and awful. It consisted of a lousy mattress, a bottom sheet and a covering on the top. Things were broken and falling apart. I am absolutely dumbfounded that a hotel of this caliber and this awful is actually in Utah. I never expected that."

"Great room for quick overnight in SLC. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would recommend."

"House was spacious and enough to fit 5 of us. There were many amenities included in the household such as cooking utensils, snacks, laundry detergent. We didn't end up using the hot tub in our stay. "

"When I pulled back the bedsheets it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There was a long black hair and several black specks of something on the bottom sheet. Gross. I will say though that the manager quickly changed the linens for me after I brought it to her attention."
