This is a surprisingly good deal. The rooms are reasonably clean and well kept up. The staff is friendly. But the real benefit is a bunch of stores within walking distance. Definitely recommended for the budget-conscious traveler.

It is a very low cost option with great stores around the hotel. The floors in bedroom need to be mopped with water and soap and not just dusted. I bring my own microfiber towel to clean floors when I arrive. Hard to bet the price.

Staff was responsive, helpful, and very friendly. I think my bathroom needed a deep clean..... grout, wall tile edges, etc. The refrigerator was a bit noisy. A dishwasher is not needed for just one person, however the dishwashing soap packet was the only soap available and not ideal for washing my one bowl and spoon. I needed a small bottle of dish soap and a sponge. And a small drying rack would have been perfect.

Kitchenette was nice (although only one stove burner worked) and the room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable, and the hallways and common areas smell like weed. Took a hour to check in because it was overbooked, the first room they tried to put us in reeked of cigarettes, the room they moved us to was ok. We booked a queen bed, the bed was definitely a double. We got a pretty good deal so overall it was good, but I doubt I would go back.

Had bad odor in hallways, and room smelled like smoke. Also, there appeared to be at least 2 squatters (people living there without keys to the room) who would leave their doors propped open with the do not disturb sign. Didn’t feel as safe for families with small kids.

I just needed a room to sleep while traveling through. Hotel was nice and quiet. My only issue was the toilet wasn't filling properly and it ran all night. Overall, good experience. The clerk at check-in was super friendly.
