They definitely need to pressure-wash the pool decks, because babies slipped several times and got hurt. Also, the shower and changing rooms are mostly broken, and the showers don't work in many of them.Prices for everything Vs stuff service don’t match. There was nothing I liked my room was dirty. I never had washcloths the whole time. I stood there. I never had a TV clicker. My wristband always was dead. Every time I came home from my day and my air conditioner did not work.

Recently returned from 6 days at the Atlantis. (Family of 3- 2 adults and 1 child (12)) We had an amazing experience! We stayed at The Cove and opted for the club level- which was well worth it for us! (Note- the club lounge does not allow kids under 12- staff is strict about this policy) Club includes a full breakfast in the morning and small bites after. Later there is a happy hour and a dessert bar. This helped us not always go out. (However, the club concierge was great!) The room was spacious for 3 of us. The view from the room was amazing! Apparently there was construction on a pool and some balconies during our stay- both of which we could see from our room- but we could barely hear anything. The Cove was conveniently located. We walked to dolphin cove, the water park, and most of the other hotels. Otherwise- there was a shuttle every few minutes. Everyone we encountered was beyond friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
