This is disappointing, as from what I understood Becky enjoyed her stay. First off, my listings are extremely accurate. I do not furnish bikes, nor represent that I do. Guests bring their own and there are rental shops nearby. We have used oversized bath towels for 7 years, guests love them. Becky asked for extra towels upon checkin, although 4 were furnished, I brought her more. We do replace towels, so it’s not an issue. As far as the smell, we use bleach to clean, which is probably what she smelled. The hallways were just painted and the rooms were redone, so it’s disappointing to hear of Becky’s disappointment, when so many rave about Sea Sunrise. It is an Old Florida style building though. I take it personally and will only use this to improve…Thank you for the feedback.

I’m sorry Richard was not fully satisfied. There are full settings for 2, including glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, etc & new pot & pan sets, which tend to suffice, even for longer term guests. We do provide tissues, which must have been an oversight by our cleaning lady. Two brand new signs are being reinstalled within 48 hours, as they were blown down with the last big storm. Regarding security, there’s a lock on the sliding door to the private patio and a code lock for the front door. Further, the police station is literally 5 seconds away, hence theres not been one event in over 7 years. We will continue to attempt to do our best to satisfy, thank for the comments.
