"Very great property. Lots of options within the hotel for dining and drinks. Close to Swordfish Tom’s which is a fantastic speakeasy. Close to Up Down which is a lot of fun. Only reason I gave 4 stars on area around hotel is crime and construction in the area and no covered parking. But it is kind of what is expected in the crossroads area. Plenty to do in the area and the hotel is overall great but for the price they should provide free water in the rooms. "

"i really appreciated that the hotel had my room ready early and also provided me with the extra roll-away bed in my room. Staff were always friendly too. I would definitely come back. My only note would be that i didn't really care for the scent of the lobby. It did not smell pleasant. Like a musty cucumber. blech. "

"First and foremost the amount of space in my room was phenomenal. I was able to do yoga…literally if I wanted to. The bed is so comfortable like soon as I laid down I was sleep. The heater in the bathroom is an extra luxury. The included snack bar with prices is a much appreciated touch. The complimentary a water made my soul so happy. The bathroom is amazing and the shower extraordinary. I was amazed at all the lightening and full size mirror. The makeup towel and vanity with additional mirror was a plus too. Not to mention the steamer instead of an iron and robes…I could go on and on BUT if you have any reservations about staying here please DON’T!! Book your stay and enjoy it!!! I’m definitely looking forward to coming back. "
