"The room was clean, the shower was a bit finnicky. The gentleman that checked me in was a bit quiet/sluggish but the woman the next morning had a more cheery disposition. Otherwise, I didn't really interact with any staff. The breakfast was as expected, a bit hectic at the time I went down but that's neither here nor there, there were plenty of available options and I saw staff refilling empty ones. The airport shuttle seemingly only ran once every hour, which is pretty bad considering the proximity to the airport. I went to the front desk at approx 9:20 to ask about the shuttle and was told that the next one wouldn't be leaving until 10:15 ( I had to double check "like 10-15 minutes or like 10:15am"). Ended up calling an Uber, which did defeat one of the reasons I chose this place..."

"Our room was just OK - the carpet needed cleaning to freshen it up. I’m not a clean freak - however I felt like I needed to leave my slippers on to walk around the room and got bathroom. Also when you pay so much for a hotel room I would expect that a buffet breakfast and parking should be included. I think I will look for a different hotel when in the area again."

"I was very disappointed in this hotel. I paid over $750 US for a two night stay. Booked because it had an airport shuttle, but was told the shuttle was already full (the day before I needed it) so couldn’t book it to get to the airport. We were staying 2 days and wanted to use the pool and hot tub…pool cold and hot tub not even luke warm. There was a breakfast advertised, but it was restaurant prices. I had searched for a bedroom suite so there were separate sleeping and sitting areas with beds to accommodate 4 unrelated people. There were beds for 3 people. They would not provide appropriate bedding for the pullout for two people. The furniture was disgusting. Desk chair of “leather” vinyl was completely peeled on seat and back. The coffee/refrigerator bar was warped, stained and peeling laminate. The brand new white socks I put on were black on the bottom from walking on the dirty floors. The desk staff were rude and really didn’t seem to care about helping their guests. I think this was one of the worst hotels we have ever experienced, and I am a frequent traveller."

"Airport shuttle was provided. When we got there, I was informed that I was already checked in. Went up to the room and our keys did not work & someone was already in that room. Had to drag all of our luggage back down & inform the front desk. She argued with me at first, stating that I had checked in online & had chosen that room. She finally listened to me & assigned us to another room. In the new room (308) only the lights by the bed worked; neither floor lamp would turn on, but the room was clean & quiet, and obviously dim. As for the mix up: come to find out another guest with my first name checked in @ 5 am that day & they ended up swapping our info. Hopefully there will not be an issue down the line. Would stay again. "
