"Check in is at 3pm. When we got there at 4pm our room wasn’t ready. They said about 15 minutes…an hour and half later 5:30 it still wasn’t ready. We lost our dinner reservation twice because we couldn’t get ready. Finally got a different room. Unfortunately it was a big inconvenience. Holly offered us a discount which was nice but because we booked through Expedia they said they couldn’t apply the discount so they removed the fees that they could. The shower was a fiasco as it flooded the bathroom floor even with the doors closed. Overall an “okay” stay. The best part was Carlos the shuttle driver, real good guy. Would we stay again….not sure. "

"Be booked a room for two nights for around $1,500 (which includes the resort fees) only to have a view of a concrete wall. I'm not talking about a concrete wall that you could see past. The concrete was 3/4 the way up the window with the rest of the view past this wall being concrete as well. If I'd known I was going to look at concrete, I would have booked a room in the regular hotel and paid a lot less money. On top of that, they charge you $45/day resort fee. The $1,400 for the room should have been enough to cover any amenities I used during my stay. The hotel is nice, the pool area is great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant food was good (but expensive). It's just not worth $1,500 to stare at concrete. "

"Great two bedroom suite, clean rooms . Nice breakfast included. Close to airport . However no hot tub and the pool is not heated, and it was freezing ! So if travelling with kids you might look for heated pool . "

"It was great to have a free airport shuttle to pick us up, had to pay for port shuttle, but very convenient. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was good, just wish more gluten free options available. Had to stay an extra day due to flight cancellations, staff were friendly eager to help keep our room. We will be back next year"

"The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. "
