"The hotel, itself, was fine. But let me tell you about one of the staff. Our party of 6 left the hotel at 4:00 AM this morning. The lady on duty (I didn't get her name) had noticed when we checked in the day before that one of us had bad sores on her feet from walking in bad shoes. This lady, of her own accord, went to the Dollar Store and bought some ointment and cotton socks for my friend who's feet were so bad and had it waiting for her when we checked out early this morning. How very precious! She just went about her job of filling the coffee and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving as we left. Talk about above and beyond. My husband and I will be returning to your hotel in January for another cruise. The others will not be with us this time, just the two of us, but I want to look this lady up and tell her how very much we appreciated what she did for my friend."

" The room is exceptionally spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast might be simple, but there are plenty of choices available. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lounge. You can have food delivered right to your door, allowing you to enjoy a variety of cuisines without having to go out."

"Very clean. Great shuttle service to cruise ports and airport! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strangely though, the have advertisements in hallways and elevators for their bar, which does not exist. Good drinks and food next door though at Hyatt House. Definitely recommend this property."
