"After our first night we asked if we could have clean towels. The staff said they would bring them but after us being gone all day, we came back to a dirty room plus absolutely No towels . Then had to wait 2 hours for new ones to arrive."

Precisei de gelo para colocar no joelho depois de uma batida e foi preciso falar diretamente na recepção e ainda ligar 3 vezes para o customer service e demorou mais de 1 hora para ser atendido."

"The floors in the Junior Suite were dirty as well as the carpets stained. Not something I’d expect for an ocean view suite (and it’s price)."

"The staff were wonderful especially the valet service guys , they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the surrounding areas as well and the amenities were good. The pool is a must to go to . My first time visiting them and I enjoyed my stay and I felt very safe on my solo birthday trip to them. Recommended this hotel to anyone."
