No complains here. Super fancy and well decorated. Very clean and spotless. Staff was awesome. Rooftop bar/lounge is amazing and the views are great. Cant wait to go back cause i had only stayed one night.

Customer service needs improvement. Only one checking counter was open, and I waited over 30 minutes to check in while the staff was busy checking in others and handling stored luggage, giving directions to restaurants and activities. The advertised penthouse did not have any view, which is misleading when booking.
