"I had an amazing stay at the hotel l and would absolutely come back again. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details that made the stay feel extra special. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. "Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."
