"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

"The Cadillac hotel was just fantastic! Wonderful service, easy check in and out service. Very beautiful hotel, they have a wonderful, relaxing pool area to enjoy with your family, then off to the side near the cabana is 21+ pool area where they also provide massage services. They also had a fine dining restaurant in side of the hotel as well where they have the best food, breakfast, lunch & dinner. My experience at the Cadillac hotel was wonderful. 10/10 "

"Our room was fabulous and the hotel location was ideal for the beach and the strip on South Beach. The staff were really helpful and happy to talk. The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool was perfect. Lots to do if you had more time. Parking was a little expensive, especially if you didn’t need your car between arrival and departure but it was valet. Would stay again."
