"Hello me and my 2 friends recently stayed at this hotel for about 4 nights and we wanted to share our experience. During our stay we noticed that our room was making us extremely stuffy. One of us is actually highly allergic to mold so during our stay she started to have breakouts and we felt stuffy almost every night. There was a few times when we requested towels from the cleaning ladies and they were extremely rude and would say no. We kept our composure then one day we asked again and the lady very rudely said no again then we asked if the least they could do was clean our room since we were headed out in 10-15 mins they also said no in a very rude tone. We went to the front and expressed our experience with the cleaning ladies and then asked if we could at least get our room cleaned by the time we get back which would’ve been a few hours. When arriving back we returned a few hours later and a do not disturb sign was put on our door and our room was not cleaned. We once again returned to the front and expressed how we asked hours prior to get our room cleaned and asked them to check their cameras because we were met with rudeness and didn’t even receive service. We were told they were actively cleaning our room then returned no one even returned to our room. We had enough and asked the front desk woman to talk to a supervisor or at least be given their number so that we can give her a call and she refused. I would write more but there is a limit, but very unprofessional "

"The one bedroom that I was in was behind a gated entrance, and tucked away a few steps from Espanola Way when the door was closed, we heard no noise from all the activity. It was perfect, and it was just two blocks from the beach with electric bikes, available and included his two lounge chairs and pool towels for each visit at the beach at no charge. Wonderful experience."

"It was an amazing vacation because of our stay at Loews. Our room was elegant, clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool provided a fun atmosphere with great service. We will definitely come back "

"Disappointing this year. We had 2 pillows for a king size bed. TWO. asked for more and they brought one more. The hotel has no heat at all. AC running 24/7 and it was unseasonably cold. The did not inform us that room could not be warmer. Their suggestion “just turn it off”. Asked for an extra blanket and they said we don’t have many and there are many guest. Whole attitude was “oh well”. Low effort for bare minimum requests. Had to call 3 times to get a blanket. Love the location and the little cafe next door. Restaurant is good. But will probably find a new place for our annual visit to South Beach. "

"Elevator was broken so they comped the hotel amenities fee, downstairs coffee/bar was closed, wasn’t able to get pool towels. Overall a nice place, surprisingly quiet, next to the police station, great location."
