"The staff was lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary luggage holding, beach towels and chairs. We were able to hear our neighbors- thin walls & gaps on the doors contributed to this - but nothing unexpected since it’s in a busy area of south beach. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours on the handout were not accurate. Overall a good stay in a clean safe hotel."
"Room was spacious with a nice large shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC wasn’t great upstairs (lobby was nice and cool) and room could have been cooler. Cleanliness was sketchy - found hairs in bed sheets and stains on linens. Rooftop pool was small and loud music blaring from bar, so no good for quiet relaxation. Access to Ocean Drive and beach was excellent with lounge chair rental included, however all of Miami Beach has been covered in gross seaweed so we couldn’t even enjoy the...
"The area was so nice but the staff wasn't very helpful I was told by multiple maids and staff that they didnt speak English. It also took and hour to get the car parked. I had to call the hotel once I arrived to find out were to park the car and the front desk had no idea were I should park so that they could take the car I ended up driving in circles for and hour before getting help. It was a fund time over all but I dont think I will be staying at this hotel again."
"This was a charming boutique style hotel. Was great for just a quick overnight before going to the port. Convenient location. Loved the nearby beach and dining."
