"Superior King with ocean view was average. The double queen over the pool with balcony was spectacular, clean, newer. Super nice helpful staff. If you want streaming TV, bring your own ROKU. Restaurants are very good, 20% tip added automagically, beware. "

"We were on our way home from our 30th anniversary trip to the keys. We sat at airport all day before airline cancelled flight at 1:00 in the morning. At that point no flights, hotels, or rental cars. We were stranded in Miami with flight cancellations and no luggage. We couldn’t get a flight out for 2 days. The staff was so kind. They attempted early check in, updated our room and brought a bottle of wine to the room once we were able to check in. Loved Maxine’s. Our server Adrian was the best."

"The room was spotless but it did not have an oceanfront view which is what I booked. It was on the 4th floor with a row of palm trees blocking the ocean. Other than that it was a great stay "

"The room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent. The amenities were very nice. The food is a bit pricey so we only had three meals onsite but they were good. We walked and biked to other restaurant options. "
