"The rooms could use some upgrades for better comfort and modern convenience. Small details were missing, such as a soap holder in the bathroom, windows that open for fresh air, and USB chargers. That said, the staff was very polite and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. They feel like a true Caribbean island escape lush, relaxing, and exceptionally well done."

"We experienced a garden room, beautiful entrance, spatial room, it was difficult to get housekeeping, difficult with our room door at moments, but scenery was nice. "

"Clean room, if you get a terrace make sure it’s oceanfront because otherwise you’re looking at dirty buildings. No help from staff on luggage and valet just threw our keys to us and ran off. "

"My room smelled like piss, it was moist and there were leakage due to the rain, I asked for a different room because I kept sneezing due to the weird smell. But the new room was also super moist. I woke up to a wet floor and my straightner was also wet due to the moisture. I had turn the air conditioning on but still, didn’t work"

"We had a great stay overall! The staff was fantastic—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mike and the beach staff—they were incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly very good at what they do. The pool area was also a highlight and a great place to relax. The only recommendation I’d suggest is increasing the number of chairs at the pool. Availability was pretty limited unless you got there early, and it did lead to some frustration among guests. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely consider coming back if we are in the area again!"

"Staff was wonderful. We went during spring break so it was definitely busy and they were very accommodating. Room was nice, but we waited a very long time and never got a text for checking in early. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing! Can’t complain about anything there. The view was amazing and the location was absolutely stellar! The Check and Desk can be difficult to find you have to walk quite a ways from the front area and the valet can be difficult to get in and out of. But other than that, they are wonderful. Can’t complain about the price or the location at all! In the staff again was amazing."
