"Es un hotel excelente completo playa piscina bar restaurantes , spa todo en un solo lugar. Locación frente al mar ✨ Pero ya tiene algunos muebles de las habitaciones algo antiguos y dañados Esa sería mi única observación."

"Showed up to the property at 11 am asked if there was a possibility for early check in they said they would put a rush on my room, got to get in my room at 3:55 while people who checked in hours after me got their rooms before me. I know they don’t guarantee early check in I just felt if you said you put a rush on the room I’d be able to get in there atleast alittle early. The AC in my room didn’t work. The room was dirty so also not sure how it took so long if my room was dirty. The dayshift front desk staff was rude."

"Checking staff was not helpful. Room was not ready at check in. Was told they would call when it was. At 7pm we still did not hear from front desk staff. Pool was not kept clean, pool furniture was in poor condition. Staff was not courteous. The only Ice machine was in the kitchen that the restaurant and guests both shared. Our room was clean and in good condition except the shower had mold and did not look like it was cleaned well. Had to haul our luggage to the adjacent building through the outdoor restaurant to reach the elevator to our room. Would not stay again and would not recommend!"

"Breakfast was good. I would rather not have the resort fee and eat somewhere else. the pool ok. no bar. good shade if you want. "

"Rooms are very nice, we got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Everything looks great but I did not find the furniture comfortable. The couch is very low and very deep, difficult to use with anyone with back issues. The chair is the same, very artsy looking but not comfortable at all. The Spa that I had heard a lot about is very basic. The men’s steam room can handle 2 people only! The massage was better than average but certainly not worth $400. The restaurants are great, good and helpful staff, great public places, but this is not a serene hotel. Very crowded, nothing like any of the videos depict. Expensive but so are all the hotels in South Beach. This is a large property, maybe next time will book a small boutique hotel."
