"Excellent staff in restaurant and housekeeping. Reception was unfortunately both snobbish and inefficient. They made my life uncomfortable and attempted to stop me leaving in case I used the minibar. Guests are not thieves."

I provided my feedback regarding the poori and sabji being substandard but the chef came and spoke to me explaining the situation that there was no gas and so he had to use induction, which I appreciated.
