"This was horribly atrocious. This room was not what we booked or what we paid for. I showed the staff the pictures of the posting and had full agreement for a refund. The owner is now refusing to do what's right. We even paid for early check-in and we're denied. I have copies of all of the messages as well as pictures. This place was dirty, the lights were mostly burned out, wifi didn't work. It was a really unfortunate way to start our trip. We stayed in the room for 40 minutes and ended up...
