"Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards. "

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."

"We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes. It is just a twenty min walk to the pier to catch ferry to aquarium or to USJ. We also took advantage of the restaurant and spa on site. It was our first time to Japan and we will definitely be back!"
