If you book through Expedia, be prepared to pay AND $75 fee when you get to the hotel resort fees are not included in your payment to Expedia, which it should be included, but it is not Also, I left one day and my door came back and my door was unlocked housekeeping left towels, but did not lock my door. I reported to the front desk still waiting for some type of compensation for someone leaving my. Door unlocked room unprotected however the night manager. was kind a young man I can’t remember his name The day manager was very un concerning and not very personal too rigid The hotel was nice except the One bedroom hotel rooms are very small too small for an expensive hotel. I had a hotel for half the price the room was much larger.

The property and view is quaint, peaceful and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.

It was a great stay, I usually choose this place due to how calm and clean it is! The staff were amazing as usual! Thank you!

The place is good enough to stay if you’re only going to stay in Waikiki. Its close to everything you want to do. The bummer thing that I didn’t like is that the place is not service everyday for cleaning and also the front desk didn’t quite gave me a smooth check in.

Just before arrival I read an unfavorable review. I found it to be untrue. We enjoyed our stay. The one and only negative thing was the AC fan was a little loud but it kept us cool.
