Two Km to beach and all amenities

8/10 Good

"Beautiful property with absolutely stunning views across to Kalyves and beyond. (don't get those stunning views being down in town!) The peace & quiet and birdsong was lovely! You will definitely need to hire a car though, as it would be a challenging walk down to Kalyves in the heat. Wendy, the host was very responsive to our questions about various things - we did have a few issues initally that were answered quickly. A basic info booklet would have been really helpful though to save us keep asking Wendy.4 large sized bedrooms, and a narrow office type room which contained a sofa bed I think? Probably not suitable for an adult to stay in though. Kitchen was well equipped, if a little tired round the edges.Pool area was lovely-the glass enclosures around the property maintained those stunning views even whilst in the pool. Steps lead to a wonderful area above the pool area. Up here are more stunning views, a large sofa, chair, sun loungers and a table footie game! They are also developing this upper area, which additionally contains a toilet area. It was nice to retreat to this area when the weather wasn't great."

We have just got back to the UK ( 05/10/2026) and we was there when the worst weather they had ever experienced storms,torrential rail and wind for 7days... "We visited this villa for a family celebration as 3 couples, it was everything described and more and was large enough to everyone to have their own personal space if needed! The attention to detail was exceptional with everything you needed to make a perfect holiday. It was a short drive (about 1.5k) to marathi for a few restaurants, this could be walked but the roads are not lit and very hilly. Vicky the cleaner was lovely and did an excellent job and we even had a beautiful warm home made sweet pie delivered for breakfast one morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking that touch of luxury for a perfectly relaxing holiday"

Olea Prime - Amazing Luxury Villa

"Lovely villa in a stunning location right on the water with amazing views. Large garden and the extras such as table tennis table and table football in the garden were a real treat. Nice pool though not very large, though plenty big enough for most. Host Alex was really helpful , fluent in English, and the 'cleaner' E, - well, she was a real treasure! Easy walk to Loutraki beach and very short drive to Marathi beach with lots of eating choices. Both were nice beaches and great for swimming. There were a few 'missing' items in the villa that would have helped a bit though not critical, and the 'welcome pack' was not really there at all. I think a few basic essentials e.g. milk, water etc. would be useful and especially if details were communicated in advance so that people knew what would be there. Overall though I would very highly recommend Olea Prime, the location and would comfortable rate it 9/10. We really didn't want to leave - I'd go back tomorrow!"

"We had a really brilliant time at this villa. The space is fantastic and it is definitely the best equipped house we have ever visited. The pool / outdoor area is beautiful and Alex could not do enough for us. There are a few very nice tavernas very close by and the Roman ruins at Aptera are also within (slightly further) walking distance. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!"
