"Wonderful property and people. Beautiful ocean views and location away from the crowed Chania. The pool was beautiful just steps from the villa. There was a beach 2 minutes walking distance from the villa. The owner and the staff are very thoughtful. They had a meal for us and picked up some provisions before we arrived.Thank you Alex and your father and of course Vicki!"

We have just got back to the UK ( 05/10/2026) and we was there when the worst weather they had ever experienced storms,torrential rail and wind for 7days... But hey the locals made it special and would definitely come back...."

Olea Prime - Amazing Luxury Villa

"Lovely villa in a stunning location right on the water with amazing views. Large garden and the extras such as table tennis table and table football in the garden were a real treat. Nice pool though not very large, though plenty big enough for most. Host Alex was really helpful , fluent in English, and the 'cleaner' E, - well, she was a real treasure! Easy walk to Loutraki beach and very short drive to Marathi beach with lots of eating choices. Both were nice beaches and great for swimming. There were a few 'missing' items in the villa that would have helped a bit though not critical, and the 'welcome pack' was not really there at all. I think a few basic essentials e.g. milk, water etc. would be useful and especially if details were communicated in advance so that people knew what would be there. Overall though I would very highly recommend Olea Prime, the location and would comfortable rate it 9/10. We really didn't want to leave - I'd go back tomorrow!"

"Kera Green Villa is simply fabulous! we stayed here for 11 nights in August. The villa is set in the hills surrounded by amazing views of the ocean, mountains and olive trees. The bedrooms are like you would get in a top hotel, all have ensuite and smart TVs with fab modern bathrooms and balcony area. The living area is very spacious and again fantastic views wherever you look, very comfy and lots of kitchen equipment. It was spotlessly clean and kept clean by two visits from Monica the cleaning lady who did a fantastic job. The pool is probably the best i have swam in, so clean and tranquil. We didn't hire a car and so walked into Kalyves town which was about a 12 minute walk and got a taxi back, the taxis are easy to order using WhatsApp and come straight away or you can pre book. Kalyves town has everything you need, supermarkets, shops, lovely restaurants right by the sea but not busy at all. We also went to Almyrida which we got taxis to as the hill is very steep to walk there but took less than 5mins in a taxi. This is slightly bigger with many more restaurant's, both fantastic places to eat at night. Vasiliki was a wonderful host, great communication and everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this villa - its simply stunning and the area is very beautiful. Came home extremely rested and will definitely re book in the future."

"We had a really brilliant time at this villa. The space is fantastic and it is definitely the best equipped house we have ever visited. The pool / outdoor area is beautiful and Alex could not do enough for us. There are a few very nice tavernas very close by and the Roman ruins at Aptera are also within (slightly further) walking distance. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!"
