"Everything was excellent except for Hilton grand vacation meeting. It took 3 hrs of our vacation time. They gave us a discount if we attended it but it was waist of our time."

"Room was comfy. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was amazing!! workers working constantly to keep everything clean.The only suggestion would be to replace some of the dated and dirty furniture in the lobby and in the rooms."

"Pool was clean and large. Breakfast is confusing with to go bags and alacarte and expensive buffet. Not sure how you end up with what… Property is worn but clean. "

"The best Western provided a perfect two day stop over before getting on the cruise ship. The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices to eat. The rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"Another wonderful stay at Rainbow Inn. The accommodation has everything you need including a stunning view and use of a pool.Thank you for hosting us again."

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

"Property was well maintained and very clean. Staff were attentive. Located downtown, not so nice area. But I guess that is beyond the property’s control."
