"It was good"

"Room was comfy. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was amazing!! workers working constantly to keep everything clean.The only suggestion would be to replace some of the dated and dirty furniture in the lobby and in the rooms."

"Pool was clean and large. Breakfast is confusing with to go bags and alacarte and expensive buffet. Not sure how you end up with what… Property is worn but clean. "

"The best Western provided a perfect two day stop over before getting on the cruise ship. The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices to eat. The rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"The staff were good, willing to assist whenever asked. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but okay with just my wife and I and the number of nights we stayed. Proximity to Daniel Inouie Airport Not very close to restaurants"

"I do wish I did more research on the room. For a family of 4 it was a bit small. I don't recommend a studio. But it did have a small kitchen and all the essentials you need. The room was ok. Next time I would search for a pool or ocean view. We did miss out on that. We didn't have to worry about housekeeping, so it felt like home. We did have to pick up ourselves, but we didn't mind that. The resort over all was great. The open layout and welcoming location were a plus. I do recommend this resort. Great for families and big parties. No clutter, No overwhelming people. Plenty of space in all the pools and lagoons. "

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."
