Good hotell but expensive services.
Good hotell, the highway was not to loud, but parking is €10 and that feels a little cheap also, breakfast was €17?! Theres a McDonalds just outside if you like that.

A very good hotel at a very good price.
The hotel had very good parking, the room was clean and in great condition. The restaurant food and service was very good.

Good business hotel!
Had a business trip in September 2019. Room and facilities were clean and overall what you would expect from a business hotel. Good (free) WiFi. Parking was expensive considering it was not covered. Breakfast buffet was OK, but expensive (EUR 17).

Hotel OK but beware there is no airport shuttle.
Hotel is OK but beware that, even though they say on here that they have an airport shuttle THEY DON'T. You only find this out when you get to the airport and the round trip taxi fare is €60.

Fire at Sea
There were not enough towels provided in the room for two people. You could feel the floor moving due to the lift, which is nauseating. We were evacuated at 7am as the fire alarm went off, and even though there was no actual fire, we were not allowed back in until the fire service had arrived and given the all clear. Very inconvenient.

Service and cleanliness are always exemplary.
We stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it was Park Inn. It has lost none of the friendliness, cleanliness, or attention to detail that we experienced before. The staff was excellent in connecting me with my dear old uncle when he visited each morning.

Good hotel next to the highway with thin walls
Good hotel for business travel, located in an industrial area right next to the highway. Ideal for trips to the Dortmund area. Clean and modern rooms with very thin walls - you can hear every word that is spoken in the room next door.

Best hotel around Hamm
We always visit Terraristika Hamm show and stay in city center of Hamm for more convenience and usually hotels are low quality ... For the same price but still 15 minutes far from Hamm we stayed at this hotel and were nicely surprised by the comfort, service, location and the ratio price/quality, we definitely recommend !!!

rude and arrogant front desk clerk, NO INTERNET!

Bit of a let down!!!
The only downside to this hotel is the fact that 2 people had to share the same bath/shower towel as only one was available. The room was pre booked as well 🤔 Breakfast was a big let down and even the fact that 16euros is not cheap, it was just "not worth the money" I'm sorry to say. Easy to find and very clean, just the 2 negatives I'm afraid.

Very nice and clean.
Only spent one night on my way across Europe. The room was very nice, comfy and clean. Decent sized TV but only one English channel - news. The bathroom was very clean and almost felt like home. I wasn't expecting a massive hot tub / Jacuzzi, but the description did say "jetted tubs" which this bathroom did not have, just an ordinary bathtub. Overall a great and very affordable hotel. Good for single travellers and couples. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will be happy to stay if I'm ever in the area again.

Only complaint booking details said mini bar which was not available, when asked why they said not available at that room would need to pay extra and move to another floor.

Clean, well furnished hotel. The restaurant served good food, if a little expensive. It was closed when I arrived on a Sunday and there was a limited choice of nearby places to eat (unless you want to eat fast food). The hotel is based in a retail park, close to the autobahn.
