"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. "This is a beautiful resort hotel. Good for leisure but not so much for business as the rooms are too far from the main lobby and the reception/breakfast area. The rooms are spread across acres of land close to the lake. "

"The best! Was very pleasantly surprised. Great staff, who were very friendly and willing to assist. The entire hotel including rooms are beautifully decorated and welcoming. The spa and pool were wonderful. Will definitely recommend."
