"I was not able to arrive in Uganda as planned due to some logistical complications from the health crisis in Congo. Even though I had booked a non refundable reservation, the staff allowed me a credit to use in the future. They were very responsive and helpful! Thank you!"

"Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth that was not replaced the next day. On my last day a bath mat appeared. Breakfast buffet had many options but little was fresh. A little more attention to detail, especially around food and beverage service would be great."
