"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. "This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it"
