"The room was great and on the 10th floor overlooking the Japanese garden, so we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms as well as the city view during our stay. The breakfast buffet was fine but the staff did not replenish the coffee cups in a timely manner. The shuttle service between the Prince Hotels was great!"

"Convenient location just one stop away from HND airport and they provide airport shuttle if not very familiar with Tokyo. Well maintained, clean, friendly and helpful staff."

"Restaurant reserved for private groups which was very inconvenient. No concierge service. Room was old and had some sort of old, portable air purifier or A/C on the floor. Couldn’t tell what it was b/c it was in Japanese. The front desk people weren’t very helpful. Bellman and doorman were both very helpful. We got the club floor package which was worth it and very nice. "
