"The hotel is located centrally in Tokyo with access to great dining and public transportation. The hotel is immaculate, room was very clean, and the hotel staff, including housekeeping, was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"my 2nd time staying at this airport hotel. The staff are helpful and the room is clean as experienced before. Last time I did not eat breakfast here, whereas this time there were so many hotel guests waiting in a long cue for that I rushed my short breakfast within half a hour."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, just a 2–3 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan. I would happily stay here again!"

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake

"Our first family trip to Japan and staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Ariake was a win for us. We had clean rooms with daily towel changes and every other day sheet changes. The hotel was close to transportation, shopping and konbini near by for late night snacks. Staff were helpful even with the language barrier. We would definitely stay again."

"This hotel has a really cool lobby with a nice bakery and restaurant on the main floor. The room that we was small compared to North American hotels, 18 m², so it was pretty tight in the room to open suitcases etc. and there is nowhere to put clothes. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. The best part is probably the location as it is next to a park and there is a Starbucks if you are into their coffee right across the street in the park. It’s nice to get away from the packed streets of Shinjuku. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, but there’s also a bus you can take that takes you right there that runs quite often so it is pretty convenient."
