We stayed here two times within last 2 years and this is very affordable hotel in central location with easy access to the both sides of the island. Also it is very close to the Kapaa and coconut market area which makes it very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. It has very big potential. Good place ...

They were completely EMPTY on several days and would tell you they had no room due to reservations, and not a single seat was occupied. Made no sense and they lost customers ...
