"The desk staff was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and well stocked. "

"We made self-check in easily using machine at the reception, without queuing. Rooms were excellent, small but clean and functional, sockets near the bed, bathroom was big enough (larger than in most Ibis budget hotels), cleaned daily, great bedding and lighting in the room. Staff (whenever needed) was friendly and smiling. there was restaurant working near reception area. we did not have breakfast but it was looking really full. 5 min walk to the Gent Dampoort station and 15-20 min to the city historical center. Overall, we are really happy with our stay."
