"Pool was lovely, breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were great. The rooms are slightly strange though. There are glass walls leading from the bathroom to the bed space and it was BLINDING at night. It’s a strange design and in a larger group or just with people who wake up easily it was annoying. Other than that, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable "

"They have a kid pool attached to the main pool with two hot tubs built to accommodate the full hotel with access to the beach with snorkeling spots a few hundred feet out. Restaurants apart of the hotel, a separate infinity pool with several shopping and food accommodations in short walking distance."

"Property is a little dated, and they do sometimes close the pool and hot tub area for private events, but the location and general use of the amenities is worth the mid-level price of this resort."

"This was a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. There were lots of stores to shop right on the premises. Being oceanfront made it nice for great views and pics. The entertainment was nice and the onsite restaurants were very nice as well. "

"Unsafe conditions in room we were assigned: Extreme mold "I recently stayed at Waikiki Hotel Resort and was extremely disappointed. Our room bathroom was covered in mold and the entire room smelled heavily of mildew. Despite the housekeeping team's best efforts to clean it was persistant odor, making the room uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy to stay in. Furthermore, the pool was out of order for the last day of our stay. While the staff was polite and offered a small $60 discount, it was insufficient for the quality of the room provided. I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest management addresses these serious maintenance issues immediately and offer the proper compensation due to the inconvenience. They did relocate us to a better room but the AC did not work well. We called front desk no answer so we checked the filter and it was completely covered with film. We just dealt with it but not ideal when you want to enjoy an Hawaii vacation. overall experience was not good. The location is prime location but the property itself needs to follow up on preventative maintenance schedule. "

"Great location! 6 minutes from Waikiki beach. Great staff!! Treated us like ohana. The activities staff was great too, but I would say, ask questions to be sure you are going to do exactly what you want. We ended up on an activity we didn't actually get to do what we thought we were doin....but it's Hawaii so was fun either way. :)"
