Bővíthető, étkezőasztal, négy székkel. Kihúzható, L alakú kanapé, ágyneműtartóval, dohányzóasztallal. Előszobabútor paddal, akasztóval, cipőtárolós szekrénnyel. Franciaágy, alatta két részes tároló fiókkal. Prémium gardróbszekrény, tükrös tolóajtóval. Fürdőszoba szekrény, szárító, 80x100 zuhanyzófülke, külön wc. Az összes fényforrás ledes, a nappaliban és a halóban a lámpa fényének színe és erőssége távirányítóval szabályozható. Ha igényesen kialakított, belvárosi szállást keres, jó helyen jár.
Az apartman 400m-re található Kaposvár főterétől, a Kossuth tértől, ahol éttermek, pubok várják a vendégeket.
