"I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges. "

"Room was clean and a great view of all the area and beach from our room. plenty of water and cold drinks in the fridge, there bed was queen size and comfortable, there was towels on robes for us to use on the beach, there was 2 hot water pools, and a jacuzzi indoor also, the massage people were good and my wife had a pedicure also, We was on the 8th floor and had to wait for the lifts once or twice, so when it’s busy there you need to bear that in mind. The food in the restaurant was very good, but towards the end it became a little repetitive. "

Lots of variety and very delicious. The highlight of our experience was the dining. Beach and pools were very well maintained, very clean and neat. Overall it was a great experience. "We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly. "
