Location was excellent. Evening receptionist was friendly and very helpful. TV was useless, no WiFi in room and fridge was near useless. Room was cleaned once only over 12 night stay. Found 3 bugs on the bed. Room very dated look. Badly needs modernisation and could become a wonderful hotel.

Unfortunately, my original room smelled heavily of smoke and was located on a hallway that also smelled of cat odor. The staff was helpful when this issue was brought to their attention and relocated me to a different room. The room was fair, however the deadbolt didn’t work which made me slightly uncomfortable. I also had to request a safe box for the room. I found pictures to not match the interior of the property. Otherwise, I appreciated that the location was very convenient.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable near to Tramway and busstopp . One can take tramway from Antalya airport no.1 to hotel. Breakfast is very delicious. Hotel is not built for handicap guest. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great stay at Start Otel! We had a one day trip to Antalya and picked Start since it was on the pickup list for the cable car tour. We arrived late and the staff was great. The checking was quick and the room spacious. The breakfast was amazing! When it was time to head back to the airport, the staff assisted us with getting a taxi for a cheap rate.

Great hotel at a great location

The hotel was at a very great location just a direct stop of tram from airport. The surrounding was clustered with number of shops and just walking distance to Hardin's gate, old baazar and beach. The breakfast was awesome and the reception staff was fluent in English especially Mr.Usman and others were always willing to help. The internet was not good but it's ok.

It was our second time in start hotel after 2019. Everything was good, hotel location is excellent close to everything, next door kebab shop is amazing. Hotel staff as always really friendly and helpful. The only issue was breakfast, it used to be so nice in 2019 but this year was really bad so we didn't have any breakfast in hotel at all.
