"Stuff was trying to take more money by saying you can’t pay online you pay here , even though had showed them booking reference but they tried their best, not a family Hotel, will not recommend this to anyone, I checked ina different hotel, couldn’t stay there it was that bad."

"The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites."

"Excellent stay - Great location and very reasonable price. I want to especially thank the night staff MZ & AH who were very helpful and were able to resolve an issue I had with getting a parcel collected from the hotel. Will stay again and highly recommend to others!"
