the location is perfect - close to public transport, 10 minutes to any important place in the old area or to Taksim sqr. warm welcome with free coffee and water. Just be aware that there is car noise from the street, it took me a day to get used too.

Absolute gem in the heart of Istanbul’s classic old city. Amazing views of all of Istanbul whilst perched beneath the Galata tower. I had easy access to all transport and the restaurant in the rooftop offers the most incredibly fresh mezzes probably becoming a sort after destination in due course. Can easily loose 5 hours just seated there between the view and great food. This hotel is a winner. Congrats. The staff are incredibly friendly and all English speaking. Excellent service

We had a great time in instanbul for the first time. This hotel is in a very fun and busy tourist area near the galata tower and there's great shopping and food that surrounds it. Also a close walk to a large open air mall as well. We had excellent help from the staff when our connecting flight from Paris was unexpectedly cancelled. The staff was able to accommodate needing to change our reservation which I am very thankful for as I know this could have easily been an issue at many hotels....
