"The breakfast “basic” from the kitchen needs to be reviewed and changed. Simple eggs over easy presents a challenge to the current chef and speaks volumes about the cleanliness of some of the kitchen utensils. My breakfast was very very substandard, almost embarrassing for a Double Tree. "

"My room could’ve been much more cleaner. There was a lot of dust everywhere and also they did not change out the lotion in the bathroom, which is pretty unsanitary. And this day and age is not OK to be reusing the same opened lotion bottles. Staff was very kind and very attentive. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk. It took several times for me to do so. Breakfast was very mid not anything to brag about and honestly it cost too much four dollars for a cup of orange juice is ridiculous. I didn’t have issues with Parking as I used public transportation i.e. Lyft to get me to the hotel. "

"Pros: Very Luxurious place with plenty of hot shower. Gorgeous design. So many rooms and spaces.Cons: Not really a kid friendly place because of all the plant pots on the ground. The vents smell like cigarettes and weed from outside I believe because there were people smoking there.the neighborhood was a bit sketchy and you would hear loud music outside so that was a bummer. "

"I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes and ensuring more thorough housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable and highly convenient place to stay."
