"Hotel was really good and staff were really good. It had a few issues like the shower head wasn’t working properly and apart from that everything at the hotel was great. Having 7-11 next to the hotel was just the plus. "

"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "
