"Our first impression was very good because the location nice , but remote. Our first night , there was the worst we had seen anywhere in the world. The manager was very helpful and our problem was solved fairly swiftly. We ended up staying in a villa next to the swimming pool.And that was amazing views. "Great value for money for a luxury resort in Phuket. The 2 infinity pools, pool bar and private beach were the highlights. Service and staff was outstanding. The room itself and hotel grounds were well maintained for a 20 year old property but its age did not go unnoticed. It is secluded and quiet, best to rent a car for accessibility to old town and the rest of the island. Plenty of parking on site "
