"This resort is wonderful for families with children. The amenities within the hotel are more than enough to keep kids entertained, and the beach is much cleaner and more family-friendly compared to Patong Beach, which can feel a bit sleazy and may not be suitable for young children. The resort also offers plenty of restaurants. However, if you enjoy street food, you will need to travel outside the resort to find more local dining options. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families with kids, and I would highly recommend it for a relaxing family vacation."

"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back."
