"Pool area was nice with a good restaurant. Rooms were a good size with fab aircon. The masaage place attached to the hotel was very affordable and the best massage we had in thailand. The family room was a mattress on a mezzanine level. Definitely not suitable for anyone under 12. Free shuttle to the beach and airport, but no where to walk to of an evening other than a 7/11 about 2 monutes away"

"Stayed overnight before we flew out early the next day. Welcoming staff. Pool was great. Location is a few minutes from airport. Great shuttle service. Very clean. Comfortable bed and nice shower."

"Really enjoyed it. The shower and toilet set up was a bit funky but overall a great place to stay after a long flight. There is a lovely beach which is ideal for a morning stroll right across the road from the resort. The stay her are very friendly and really want to make sure you enjoy your stay"

"This is our second time staying with L'espirit de Naiyang and we absolutely loved it. We always found the staff to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. We love the location of the resort and the proximity to the nature reserve and beach. Moreover, we enjoyed crossing the river/lake by the resort and walking up and down the quirky "high street". Breakfast at L'espirt de Naiyang is ok if you have a Western palate (bacon, sausages, danishes, cakes, fried chicken, potatoes, etc). For those with a non-Western palate, breakfast staples were more or less fried rice, noodles, and a stir fried vegetables. Having said that, there was plenty of fresh fruits and salad available for breakfast too. L'espirit de Naiyang does the best chocolate brownie for breakfast, and their chocolate brownie ice cream sundae (lunch/dinner) is the best I have ever tasted. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."
