Check in was a disaster, staff didn't speak English, tried charging me for breakfast when i already paid via Hotels.com then debated with me about it. In the end called Hotels.com and i received a refund.
Very steep path to villa so much so that the hotel uses golf carts to ferry customers to and fro, if you are an elderly or disabled customer, avoid.
There is also limited amenities in the vicinity meaning ensure you have transport or you will pay approx 500 baht per day in taxi costs.
Apart from that the view was amazing, the management really need to sort out, etiquette, respect and making the customer feel welcome.
Generally a feeling of bad attitude from staff in my experience, very different from a typical hotel hospitality that you would experience in the UK. This establishment is best avoided.
