"I started for three nights. The location is great. The customer service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk will exchange US dollars to soles and give you change any time. So cool. I gave 4 stars because 1) there was an issue with Expedia that they kept calling me to resolve it. 2) I don't care if I stay there again. There's nothing memorable for me there. Just another big hotel."

"The staff was wonderful, with great concierge service in particular with Winney who scheduled my daily transportation to the various landmarks and facilitated my dinner/show ticket. Kudos to Cynthia who is a great chef in the kitchen and created meal plans specifically for my dietary requirements. In addition, the waiter Daniele was accommodative in facilitating my dietary requirements and personable in conversation. This is a great hotel with a very busy front desk."
