"We had a lovely stay at the Pullman Miraflores. The staff were super helpful at the hotel and in advance of our stay, helping to book airport transfers for us to and from the airport which was done without any hassle and was super easy when we landed, would highly recommend for the price. We were upgraded on our arrival which is always a nice surprise and the room was immaculate and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room service was polite and efficient. We are vegan and there were two veggie options which could be adjusted without cream/mayo. The one downside was that the restaurant which had 4 vegan dishes did not have all the ingredients the night we ordered so ended up just grabbing room service again. Regardless, looking forward to staying again at the end of our time in Peru!"
