A very pleasant stay. Very nice room, very nice bed, silent and quiet. Amazing the private open-air bath. Wine bar and resturant in the same area. 20 mins walk from the city center

If you don’t know Japanese, I don’t recommend you to stay at this hotel. Staff speak no English. The dinner coupon given to us to have dinner at the restaurant next door was in Japaneses only and staff at the restaurant didn’t seem to know (we seemed don’t know too) what to do. We didn’t get to eat our dinner until 9 pm. The location is far from the train station and sightseeing spots. It is not easy to get a taxi either if you don’t have an app for local taxi. We had to walk. The facility a kind of old and the carpet was very dirty.

新館和洋室に泊まりました。 ・部屋は広く快適。 ・ホテル内にランドリーがなく、冷蔵庫も小さいので、長期滞在には向かない。 ・Wifiはあるが通信速度がもう少しほしい。web会議していると途切れる。 ・アメニティは充実しているが、タオルが最小限しか置いていないので、もう少し置いてほしいと思った。また、タオルを乾かす台がなく、ハンガーは数本しかなかった。

前に野菜がおいしいレストランとテレビで紹介されていたのを見て気になっていました。 紹介されていた通り、生でも焼いてあっても、野菜がとても美味しくて、感動しました。宿泊した部屋には、テラスに低温のサウナがあり、気持ちよく、ゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。 スタッフさんの丁寧な対応にも大満足でした。 次は、冬の野菜がメインな時期に家族で泊まりたいねと話しています。

外観は素敵でしたが、今までにないぐらいの水回りの悪さ。トイレを流すと音がうるさくてシャワー蛇口をひねると、音がうるさくがっかりしました。 ホテルにとって水回りが悪いのは、致命的です。 値段とホテルがつり合っていないかと感じました。 残念でした。
