Luxury Villa Yara with a heated pool (40m2) and panoramic views will give you a dream vacation. It is located in Kastel Kambelovac, not far from attractive tourist destinations such as the cities of Split (15km), Trogir (13.5km), Omis (30km), etc. It is only 3km away from the sea and pebble beaches.

Luxury Villa Yara is spread over 450m2 of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 5000m2. The villa consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor which are connected by internal stairs.

The basement is an area accessed from the courtyard, which occupies one bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a room equipped with a gym to continue recreational activities, and a sauna with a shower for maximum relaxation. Also, in this part, there is an equipped laundry with the necessary facilities as well as table tennis for leisure.

The ground floor of the Luxury Villa Yara occupies a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an LCD TV to enjoy your favorite amenities. A new and modern and fully equipped kitchen is an unavoidable part of the Villa to enjoy the various delicacies of this area with loved ones in the dining area next to the kitchen. Below the ground floor is one bedroom with a king-size bed that uses a shared bathroom with shower.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Yara where there are two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a shared bathroom with a shower as well as a private exit to a shared balcony with seating. A special feature of this floor is the master room, which is equipped with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with sun loungers overlooking the open sea.

The luxurious Villa Yara has a spacious courtyard with a heated pool (40m2) and an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table and seating area. It also has an outdoor fireplace with a summer kitchen and an equipped children’s playground.
