The traditional style of construction creates a very special atmosphere, a blend of tradition, comfort and luxury.the house is located in the village of Kaštelir, only 12km from Poreč and 6km from Lanterna beach.only 500 to 800m away there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM, typical tavern, wine street and other facilities. This beautiful villa is situated on its own fenced plot of approx. 500 sqm with outdoor pool (24 sqm), sun deck, barbecue fireplace, spacious covered terrace with dining table and two parking spaces in the yard. Villa Bella Arte with pool offers space for 6 people with 180 square metres of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with dining area and open fireplace, access to the covered terrace and pool area, as well as the bathroom with shower/WC. From the pool area and the covered terrace there is a marvellous view of the sea and the surrounding area. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with access to the balcony with loungers and seating, and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. The whole house is air-conditioned and wifi internet access is available. In the basement there is also a tavern with dining table and seating as well as an infrared cabin.
